• Primary design brief (Basic Requirements, ex: 1.5 lakh sft of commercial & 40,000 sft of residential space)
• Detailed design brief (Actual space consumption pattern, ex: 3 Halls of 4500sft each, 2 Executive rooms of 1200 sft each)

Architectural Due Diligence
